Qualification path
No professional experience is required to apply for this position. However, to work on this project, you must meet the basic requirements and complete a standard assessment process. This is a part-time, long-term project. Your work will be subject to our standard quality assurance reviews throughout the term of this agreement.
Basic requirements
- Work as a freelancer with excellent communication skills and comprehensive knowledge of English and German
- Local residence for the last three consecutive years and familiarity with current and historical affairs in the areas of business, media, sports, news, social media and culture in Germany
- Active use of Gmail, Google+ and other forms of social media, as well as experience using web browsers to navigate and interact with a variety of content
- Daily access to a broadband internet connection, a smartphone (Android 4.1, iOS 8 or higher), and a PC with antivirus software are required for work. For certain tasks, you will also need a barcode scanner application on your smartphone.

Evaluation
To be accepted into the program, you’ll complete a language proficiency test and an open -book qualification exam, which will assess your suitability for the position and undergo a full identity check. You’ll also need to schedule a video interview to test your language skills. Don’t worry, our team will provide you with guidelines and study materials before the exam. You must complete the exam within a set timeframe, but you can take it whenever it suits you!
